We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
- Watches may be exchanged if you get the watches that are totally different with what was ordered.
- Watches has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our watches have high quality).
If you met the above problem, please follow:
- Send us an email about the problem as you received the watches within 14 days as you received. We will reply you in 24 hours.
- Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the produc
t hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on.- Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
- In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
Note: We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the watches, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, this kind of damage will not be covered.
We offer a 14 day refund policy.- Please send us an email within 14 days as you received about your reason before you send back the goods. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.
- The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
- We'll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
- All returns are at the customers' own cost. We recommend that you insure the package, if you choose not to insure it ,you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
Note: 14 days policy-- the item is returned within 14 days of purchase (from the day the goods is signed for /received).
WarrantyWe offer 12 month warranty on every watch you purchase from this site. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons and it does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/ negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any watches.
